Motherly

Motherly is a B2C baby and mother brand with values rooted in functionality, quality, and affordability.  They make products like diaper bags, swaddles, baby carriers, cloth diapers etc.

  • The name 'Motherly' inherently conveys the brand's essence. To further solidify this identity, we developed a comprehensive visual system.
     

    The color palette draws inspiration from the rainbow, symbolizing innocence and cheerfulness. However, we employed pastel hues to reflect the brand's gentle and nurturing spirit.
     

    Typography was chosen for its simplicity and clarity, prioritizing readability and allowing the visual elements to take center stage in all communication.

  • Following the development of the Mini Magic Diaper Bag, we focused on crafting a compelling launch strategy.

    Selecting the right name was key. We wanted it to be simple, yet accurately reflected the product. After careful consideration, "Mini Magic" emerged as the ideal choice.

    The packaging design was equally important. We designed a protective cloth pouch for the bag, which nestled within a sturdy box adorned with cute doodles that echo the product's motif. And a sweet little thank you note from the founder made the whole unboxing experience a dream.
  • Organic, informative content was central to Motherly's communication strategy.

    Aligned with the brand's positioning, we focused on creating content that was inclusive and relatable to middle-class Indian parents, avoiding overly aspirational or unattainable portrayals.
     
    Content strategy encompassed three key pillars:
    1. Product Features & Information: Providing clear and concise information about Motherly products.
    2. Sale & offers: Announcing offers on special days. 
    3. User-Generated Content: Showcasing authentic experiences of real moms through reposts and reviews.
